People should be saying that, and impeach when the numbers are certain. No doubt the case for impeachment exists.
Far as I'm concerned, he's easily meets all the criteria for impeachment. But though the process deals in judicial concepts like a final conviction, it's largely political. And that's what happened the first two times it was tried. Those times, impeaching Trump was easy, because the Dems controlled the House. But they did not control the Senate, and so conviction failed.
The criteria are "high crimes and misdemeanors", with means pretty much whatever the folks bringing the charges want it to mean.
