That's not true! The holding company had contributed enough assets to the "bankruptcy" proceedings to pay off the creditors, with as much as 30 million left over at the end, which was then donated to charity. The bankruptcy court's only role was to oversee THIS process, which is why all mentions of outside assets were dismissed by the judge as irrelevant
