After missing the extension window, there isn’t a second grace period. The ticker just sits at Yield (Limited Information) until the Q2 report (and related items) are posted and accepted. Companies are reviewed for status only after all required docs are submitted. If they go ~6 months without making current info available, they risk being moved to the “No Information” tier (and potentially to Expert Market), because OTC treats information older than six months as not current.

I do expect to see the Q2 either Monday or sometime next week.

There is no STOP sign any more. It's "Expert Market" now.

And it won't go to Expert Market until 5/1/2026 because that's the rule for Pink Limited - they get 120 days past the EOFY.

FYI the quarterly financials were due on August 20th. They only get a five-day extension for quarterly statements and Q2 was due on August 15th.
