This is a shell.. has no contracts ..no assets.. nothing. The shell was purchased for a reverse merger, but they were not able to do anything with it, it is for sale again. This is dead in the water. It pretty much died with Bill Petty. Who ever does get it again,, will most likely do a reverse and start the process again. We are bag holders. Last post I will make here.
