invivo CART is bound to fail IMO. What dictates the tumor progression are the innate cells, stroma cells ... etc. Some how putting a CAR on an endogenous exhausted T cells will change the outcome is a joke IMO. No mention off target editing, putting a CAR on the malignant T cells that were shown in the exvivo CART
