I never saw any verbiage of a discount to the market at any time.
.005 is the fixed price, as well as the warrants.
Never saw ADDED interest because of default either.
They are literally making it up as they go.
Whats the point of a note if they can just change the terms whenever to benefit them GREATLY. 005 note to 00036 is downright belligerent and beyond outrageous.
This is market manipulation lawsuit worthy.. very predatory with malicious intent.
