I get what you are saying...But FWIW, the Filing seems to be showing that While THJMW 'Stepped In' to 'Dismiss' the "Nuisance Case', WMI-LT has ;appeared 'Pr Se', with Bill Kosturos, as its 'Front Person', and then it seems to show that WMI-LT and WMIHC are Still 'In Existence" meaning 'Chapter 7 BK' of 'WMI-LT' 'still Not Closed' (initially I was thinking WMI-LT BK was 'Closed' But Actually it was the "Lawsuit' that Got "Dismissed" and there is nothing to suggest here that WMI-LT or WMIHC are "Closed").
