If you do just a little research, you can find out that this plaintiff has been suing mortgage banks for years because his mortgage was foreclosed. He's lost against PHH and Wells Fargo and WaMu.
I bet this latest attempt was dismissed because you can't sue a nonexistent entity, not because the bankruptcy court was trying to hide something.
But, maybe, the deep state is doing everything it can to hide that fact that rillions that should be paid to escrow holders are being hidden in the basement of a pizza parlor.
