Well that is correct in a way..the 25 billion is to prevent a hostile take over... but a negotiated buy out is completely different. Thats the type of buy out I am talking about... not one where a guy like Alex Superio come along and buys stock on the open market and then dictates how the company should be run when he does not like what management is doing.
