Actually, hadn't looked closely at it for decades before right now i have i think a sterling silver, i thought drinking cup, but looks some like
though slimmer, so perhaps a christening goblet. Mine more vertically curvaceous. It's been sitting on top of a bookcase off right shoulder. Looks the round bottom is chipped at it's edge, and it's so aged-old dirty. Now, thanks to you, must buy some polish to see what is beneath the tarnish. Will do.
