Fincapital Credito Pagamentos e Servicos Ltda being the guilty party. Yybra Capital S/a had a judgement placed on them recently. Now waiting on a letter of rogotory applied here(U.SA.-and a given jurisdiction) attached to Fincapital Credito Pagamentos e Servicos Ltda. That was discerned via Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro at the end of May and depends on how far the Plantiff wants to pursue.
All the information is in Brazil...and absolutely no one is looking there. They control this ticker. Wake up please.
