That's good. Yes, Putin is a very bad person, but he isn't stupid. For some reason, Trump is entirely unable to grasp the fact that Putin is the Enemy. I'm sure Putin had a ball.

But today, it seems, Trump and his people--apparently with help from some of the Europeans--are rewriting the story. Now, it seems, real progress was made. There'll be another meeting--with Zelensky at the White House--on Monday. Maybe one of the Europeans will also attend. I certainly hope so. We don't need a repeat of Trump's last performance.

I have no confidence in Trump's ability to do anything right.
