The closed loop Hydrogen Energy Storage System (HESS)
This system uses the stored oxygen and water in a completely hermetic manner, without any mass exchange with the environment.

- No hydrogen chicken and egg problem
- No water shortage/problem
- Not dependent on 45V
- Not reliant on hydrogen price

The closed loop system can probably be implemented more quickly because it has no mass exchange with the environment. It can survive harsh environments, including political ones.
