Zero sales and I didn't see a peep other than the details on how Cecil gets a payout if he rolls double sixs and lands a paying customer. Nothing about the pending payment of a $2 VIPs deal that was advertised but not confirmed by 8-K Subsequent events section of this last 10-K would be a great place to clarify the complete ambiguity of Qsep last 8-K! Good news though....after burning through well over a $100M Qsep is building a 300M test loop...with 700K leftin cash. Company is burning cash like a Calif Wild fire...

REVENUES fast approaching as per the FACTS below in the latest 10Q filing. As this will be a material event, QS Energy will file an 8k. Then the SHORT SQUEEZE will be fun to watch. The PROVEN AOT is being sold to Malaysia, Ghana, and India.

As reported in our form 8-K, filed with the SEC on June 25, 2025, we entered into a Distributor Agreement with VIPS, providing for VIPS to serve as our exclusive distributor to promote, sell, and lease our AOT product in the territories of Malaysia, Ghana, and India, among other territories.

QS Energy, in coordination with VIPS Petroleum, its customer counterparties, and associated financial institutions, is engaged in the execution of the initial commercial deployment plan for the 3.0 generation AOT Units. The parties maintain active alignment on the master schedule

Activities to date have resulted in measurable progress across all workstreams associated with the 3.0 deployment plan.
