Although Pulte is a very smart businessman, he doesn't understand stock lingo. He calls it and IPO when it's a secondary. Calls 5%-15% a small portion but not when talking about billions of shares. Also, he's not in the know on the timing of the offering so he refers to it as "when or if"! Not the greatest spokesperson but will probably do a good job. Just let someone else do the talking!!
