Well, Fannie had $89B in capital in 2008 (where did it go?), overpaid what, $130B ?, Obama stole $241B, allowed $165B to slip out the door on those TBTF settlements (pennies on the dollar)......looks more like F&F need to be reimbursed to the tune of in excess of $1/2T with a T.
