Personally I think think all his iLL gotten Gaines have been well hidden.
Any class action suit will just result in a liquidation of a bunch of junk that no one wants resulting in no joy for shareholders that have been screwed.
This ain't dave's first rodeo, tbh. He'll continue to walk a fine line and keep obtaining loans for a main income source, thus allowing debtor's debt conversions obtained at an amazingly steep discount to continue selling upon each unrestricted time period. Btw...it's not ihubbubers doing the main buying. They have been warned too extensively for years. Many other social media sites are not so informed with many penny players looking to take a gamble. Much like vegas, you can't help but wonder why bugs fly into a bug zapper. There are always plenty of new to the scene, uninformed bugs to fly into the zapper. David truly did a remarkable job in creating a sexy story in Mullen automotive and marketing it well. My hats off to david quite honestly. This coming from someone who has been considering this a bad investment for years. I always wished david would come through with the Mullen Five RS as I wanted to buy one someday, even though I wouldn't touch the stock with a 10 foot pole. I wouldn't care if they sold a limited amount and went under. I would not trust a warranty from them anyway. There are plenty of EV repair shops constantly growing to meet future demands. I liked the Mullen Five RS design enough to buy one if it ever showed up. They announced the RS edition years ago and I had fun with that idea here. I enjoyed the ironic humor in their addition of the RS model. I think david has done better with Mullen/Bollinger auto than all his previous ventures put together. Just my two cents. The gullibility test is still my favorite.
