Given what I've learned, the secret to longevity is to have plenty of hate and bitterness in your life.

There's probably a therapist in your area who can help you achieve that.

Apparently, it can be a really good experience (near death experiences).. some people claim - the best.. experience ever.. one with the universe kinda stuff..
.. and a good transitional method.. ie, to where you would want to be..
And then, we can all continue to enjoy you 'forever' 😉
