I had a meeting with a customer yesterday about some small MSPs that take on customers thousands of miles away and he asked how those companies take care of things that require someone to troubleshoot/replace things at the customer's facility if it's so far away. Answer: They hire someone on a per diem basis.
Nothing says "quality" like hiring some dude on TaskRabbit...or FieldNation which I guess is marginally better.
It really doesn't matter, because HMBL isn't going to sell anything.
