Excellent Question Ahh Yes “The Secure and Fair Enforcement Regulation (SAFER) Banking Act” That is just as important as Rescheduling and I do seriously believe the full passage of that act will come along with or follow shortly after rescheduling. Once both are in place I think we may very well see another Green Rush similar to 2014. Another thing The Fed really needs to do is very aggressively go after illegal grows and illegal sales of Cannabis. The Cartels have basically just said F--- it we don’t need to grow weed in Mexico and then smuggle it in – We can just grow it in California wilderness areas. That shit needs to stop. Get rid of the illegal grows and sales and The Legal Business’s will do much, much better. Make it 10yrs in prison on the first strike and it will happen.
