There was money to be made. Scam or not. Besides, on the OTC, it doesn't matter if it's a "scam" or "legit" if you're here to make money and gamble on some tickers. You just have to follow the trends, jump on board, but jump off before it crashes. I find those "legit" companies often don't make as much money as the "scam" ones anyway. You can become a bagholder in both.
