You'll notice that the address of the shipping place is #2, so it's not hard to imagine that they use box #58.
Doesn't seem odd at all, that they didn't want to use their home address for a business address.
I used a P.O. Box for all 3 of my companies and that was with a physical office.

Ok I deduced it was an interim address as that was the only plausible explanation for the Suite address. Okay so Oscar is going to be closer to work rather than further away, bonus!
