Once again, you have no idea what you are talking about.

The SEC filings literally say that the warrants were "cashless exercises". That means that the Minion COO paid NOTHING.

Here is the most recent SEC filing, which anyone can take a look at:

"The Reporting Person exercised the derivative securities through the cashless exercise of 318,482 warrants."
