Honestly, I complain about everyone that I have ever used so I don't know if that just makes me a grouch or what. I use Schwab now, but that's only because my Scottrade account loaded with Fannie got bought by TD Ameritrade which got bought by Schwab and so I have just kept my shares in the box it came in. I like my Fannie shares in mint condition.
