Optimistic. 4.5 out of 5 stars. F2 are a critical cog in the economy, with global implications. They saved the economy in '08. They have international attention. NO ONE else has a 30 yr mortgage, not even close. EVERYBODY wants a home. The best investment opportunity on the planet ASSUMING Gov is fair & reasonable about it. Combine that with a president who really cares about the financial well-being of the country and it's citizens and it's a no-brainer. But, don't kid yourself, there are risks. Gov tried shutting them down and were unsuccessful...........this time.
