Perhaps they can find a Nigerian accountant to do the next audit. One that's worked for the former crown prince and has access to $100 million in frozen funds.

Won’t be a PCAOB audit. Can’t uplist without one.

But if they release an audit for 2023 and 2024, it will be interesting to see the ownership transfer details.
