Maybe if the detractors actually owned shares, us shareholders would actually take them seriously

Maybe if you weren't constantly spewing mind diarrhea we'd ALL take you seriously.
You actually read what you write??
This is a SHELL con game. Period.
There's absolutely NOTHING, in recent history, that's been verified and/or audited to support ANY of your ridiculous claims.
And for the record, I'm a shareholder....

In that same period of time of no dilution the company has gone from a fully SEC reporting company to a shell.

While the SNPW management team incorporated a new company that is a mirror of SNPW, and for over one and a half years made no claim that it is related to SNPW.

Just objective facts.

Let me help you out here.

Snpw has $8,000 in cash per their most recent filing.

Snpw has stated they plan on being self funded.

Snpw has stated some very aggressive plans.

They have not received financing per their latest filing.

The are listed by otc as a shell company.

They processed a 4k reverse split.

Over 950m shares of the previously 1 billion authorized shares were issued. They now have a new stockpile of 1 billion new shares where only a quarter of a million are in the float. Thats quite an arsenal of new shares to use as they deem to do so.

The argument that they haven’t diluted shares over the past year doesn’t hold water. The stock market isn’t about what has or hasn’t happened, it’s about what the market believes could happen. The future projections are where it’s at, not the rear view mirror.

Ehh.

Maybe it’s time you take them seriously, they have been right at every turn. The shareholders might have fallen in love, fatal error. It’s all about the scoreboard. Snpw deserves an “F” and those supposed shareholders also receive an “F”. It’s called a pumper snag. Oops.

Snpw, per their most recent filing, reported $8k in cash, $3.7m in liabilities, zero revenue and a shell company. OTC list them as having one employee. And you really have to wonder whatever that means……

there has been ZERO dilution because the company has been self funding, whatever that means.
