Hogwash. Nobody legitimately turns over $300M worth art with bonafide value to a scam company that's been failing at their fluffy pumping PR's for years for just over $7M worth of stock. Nobody. It's BS and everybody knows it.
He Sterv, hope all is well! Trying to understand the decision for JPTE to purchase that art collection. Yes, it is a valuable asset on their books, which is good, but wouldn't those shares they gave up been better served for a strategc company acquisition? Wonder if there is more here for JPTE than meets the eye? Thoughts?
