Really, what makes you say that? Do you not realize what's happening? Do you not read the multiple 8K's and Form 4s?Do you expect the stock to run when there hasn't been any official announcement YET? I keep saying this.... don't expect anything until a merger is consummated. The great thing is, the company raised enough funds to get their fins completed and released to get current. Company was "Market Expert" status and now is OTCID.... that's a great accomplishment. Now we wait to see when & who is taking over this shell.
