i believe you are completely misinterpreting this. This isnt the qualification date for atomera. This is for CERTAIN PARTS moving to a 200mm line in singapore. CEO of atom said mst will be used on a 300mm bcd process, this timeline has nothing to do with atomera. Seems we need to find timeline from stmicro on AGRATE BCD110 300mm line which they made zero mention of on their last couple calls. To throw another monkey wrench at this, they just bought a biz unit from nxp which supposedly is synergestic with smart power. Dont know if that helps or just complicates/delays things further. One thing is clear, the timeline of july 2026 qualification is for products going on a 200mm line in singapore which scott said is NOT going to include MST

Theo, thanks for the share.
Looks like Atomera will be a part of the move to 300mm.Other OEM's should be seeing the validation of the application of MST at scale so the next move comes from a second OEM paying up for a licensing agreement.
