Not how I read the statement.

With[ a refined corporate structure, strategic funding, and a diversified technology portfolio, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

While I don't like reading more into these statements then what was printed. The use of "with" ahead of corporate structure and diversified technology, is more than interesting and is the key word here.

The ONLY way this company would qualify for ANY type of "strategic funding" would be under PO or an LOI subject to the company obtaining the necessary funds to full fill the required order. We all know that the company's stock has no liquidity given they lack any meaningful track record, beyond cleaning up the books.

Are they saying they've got nothing going on until they get strategically funded?

"IF" they received a Letter of Intent (LOI) subject to financing, it's possible they don't have a "material event" that would have required a public filing. On top of that, we have ALL been looking at the RS with more questions than answers.

Now that BC is wrapping up the new corporate structure with Winner still in question, this statement does beg the question. Did management drop us a hint as to what has been going on behind the recent RS???
