Vin- I'm pretty surprised by the Orfor data even though there were hints of a plateau in WL for the t2d data that came out. Really expected Orfor to be better and it was a clear miss.
As for VK2735, the same thing could happen with the ph2 ORAL , but I'm assigning a low probability to that.
The upside now that Orfor missed is now huge for VKTX in the ORAL space especially considering that most of the the other ORAL compounds seeking approval are Orfor clones.
