It's pretty hard to buy a license, create an entire subsidiary, and shut it down while serving as CHAIRMAN AND PRESIDENT and simultaneously abstain from involvement of the day to day operations.

They didn't fire Tom. They failed to uphold their end of the licensing agreement.

Under this licensing agreement the Company (PFI--NOT AVANI) will design, produce, and market the EMME Activewear Collection.

What Tom did with the money is IRRELEVANT. He didn't work for PFI. Quit making excuses.

PFI got quotes from manufacturers and requested samples from vendors, but they didn't do shit with them. If Tom was doing something shady with money that was given to him for licensing rights, who cares? It's his company's money. 🤣🤷‍♂️

It's like saying, what if a movie production company's CEO decided to pay for hookers and blow using licensing money paid to it from the Goliath/Maybacks acquisition? $AHRO may as well shut down its Maybacks subsidiary now, as something like that probably happened. 🙈
