And your history is replete with predictions of a terminal nature for this little stock. Yet it survives and animates your posting behavior like a puppet master over his marionette. Bullshit.

Emil has changed his tack because VPLM have lost all their patent infringement suits.

Lost them twice, actually. The last time with the most patent-troll friendly judge in the land, hand picked by Hudnell et al. as the most likely prospect to roll over on the -rather preposterous- infringement cases.

That same judge, Albright, even allowed the Defendants to apply for costs, which is a very rare rebuke to Plaintiffs in an IP case.

Emil hasn't changed his "attack" at all - as always he's filing bogus lawsuits that he hopes will last for ever as he and his fellow crooks dump their free warrants and options hand-over-fist.

VVVV is just paving the way for the next few years of defeats, dilution, free shares and Hail Mary lawsuits. For some reason, he wants everyone to hang on just as long as possible.
