Or he may make promises to wealthy donors. I'm not sure which would be worse. One thing's for sure: he won't pay for it himself. I find it strange that no one is trying to stop him. Has anyone even done background checks on the people who'll do the work??
I really wonder if there's any way to stop it, short of inviting the Brits to burn it to the ground, as they did in 1812. I'd be cool with that.
