Yes those are from the merger ECRC class B and are vested and can be exchanged for NioCorp shares at any time which is why they are counted as part of the total. They are from the GX merger
The rest of the unvested do not show but they remain ECRC exchangeable when or If vested. the unvested remainder is 3m+
