I said long ago that all these "new guys" are doing is trying to pick up the scraps for their own benefit. The CTO got his, and the new "management" must be skimming off of what Now Solutions makes, if anything, There is no reason they can't get this pig re-listed if they wanted to. Filing back taxes or whatever doesn't take years and millions in cash. This is still a scam, just with new scammers.
