Extra costs? They have to file a single “management certification”. They have all the info. It’s pretty simple. Thiago seems incapable though.

And yeah their 27.5% ownership of WSCG is now down to 17%…and half the Pref C STILL remain that will either wipe out their WSCG share or massively dilute the stock even further.
