That image corresponds to the last quarter of 2024 equation of 1.15 Billion shares amounting to an entry of $11,500. With a paid in capital entry of $1,368,500 (page 4 https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=18532218&guid=rio-kqlY1Uoth3h )

But so called grok didn't seem to get that.

Further:

-On April 1, 2025, the $750,000 outstanding to BRU was paid.
