They redistrict after the census reports every decade, not in the middle. Though I'm not a fan of gerrymandering on the whole, it's never done in the middle of the term like the GOP has tried to do in the last few years. and if you're worried about poor little Adam then I have some news for you. Two can play at that game and the SCOTUS is walking a fine line when they decide to shit on one or the other.
