Conservatorship is like a ch 11 bankruptcy

Nope.

Maybe back in the RDC S&L days. An orderly wind-down.

They didn't take that path, now did they.

Instead, they put in play a rehabilitation plan where the unknown and undefined steps were taken to bring them back to health.

I would say this monitoring is more like the common conservatorship scenario. See #BritneySpears #FreeBritney.

Granted, you are not a lawyer or restructuring specialist, among other things.

Like your commitment to the cause but you and other JPS people want to get on a high horse See Holden Walker & Meidas. Rooting for you, Glen, but don't be kingly to the commoners. It is a very bad look and why so many dislike your posts.

There you go again making bad comparisons smdh... conservatorship is not like a chapter 11 (as much as youd like it to be). Its important that we know the differences, otherwise whats the point in having different words/definitions/processes for both. I can say an apple is like a watermelon both fruits but the comparison doesnt help us. I agree the gov can do whatevet they will like as they always do, but i dont believe its in their best interest to dilute into the ground. Commom shareholders have always have very little protection compared to preferred that isnt new, thats why the reward is typically higher, everyone already knows this.
