Carlin was a true philosopher but he had a way to make it funny in his delivery. As he got older, he got more serious and less of the funny.
'A Place for My Stuff' was a knee slapper from beginning to end and really cool for a young kid like me who was a bit ahead of the curve but not far enough to learn new things, especially about our language.
"did you ever notice how you call other people's stuff, shit, but you call your own shit, stuff?" And plenty more gems like this one.
