Of course, the suggestion of Saddam-like statues was 1/4 to 1/2 kidding, at this stage. Public money used for billboards promoting himself wouldn't put past him even now.

Thanks for mentioning your oxygen need, of course you were one in my mind when earlier i said i didn't enjoy talking about my own problems too much. With the COPD I know what breathing difficulties are like, just don't yet have the need you have on that - yet.
