I think a lot of the material was sealed because of ongoing lawsuits and whatnot. I guess there are tons of good records that no one's ever followed up on though. I think Garland fucked us over in many many ways. If he'd have had a backbone we wouldn't be in this mess today.
Just the financial records would seem to be a target rich environment, as they say. But there are computer hard drives, video, recordings... I'm really afraid that stuff will disappear.
