I suppose. Obviously, friends, family, and staffers don't discuss it. But plenty of other people do. I really believe that more and more, he's constructed a fantasy life in which everything goes as he wants it to go, everyone loves him, and everything he does is perfect.
He has lost touch with reality. Since he's president, that could in some circumstances ensure disaster for more than just himself.
