Still that 1321 is a low # of companies on the OTCID

After running the #s for the top 3 tiers OTCQX + OTCQB + OTCID together = 3,089 securities & that's only 17.4% of all the OTC. Those 84 were added after the July 1st deadline to become OTCID compliant
