Probably believable. Someone needs to contact Ross and get the lowdown on $APRU's supposed acquisition of Lena. I should have stopped giving Tony the benefit of the doubt a long time ago. My bad.

Anytime you want to know if an acquisition......

happened, just check the Sec of State's website where the "acquired" company is located, though there could be a delay. This is all public info that's easy to verify.

It should also be in the county records.

Pursuit hasn't been mentioned in the OTC filings since the 2022 Annual report.

Pursuit is listed as an Illinois entity. Put in Pursuit Hemp Farms in the search bar here and then scroll down and look at managers and file history.

Then do a county records search. The address is in Stephenson County where Lena is located. The address doesn't work in a search, but Chad Baker shows up. He's listed as one of the managers along with Zachery Baker. Search by their name and you'll see several parcels they own.
