The claim that the share price always precedes bad news and implies insider trading in this case isn't supported by the actual trading data.

The IDE submission took place on 28 June 2024, when the share price was around 22 cents. Following that, the price gradually declined into the 16 to 18 cent range throughout July. This kind of movement is typical for speculative biotech stocks during a regulatory review period and doesn't suggest insider knowledge.

On 26 July 2024, the price dipped to 15 cents, which is still within the same general range and not an unusual move given the uncertainty surrounding the outcome. The news that the IDE was pulled was released pre-market on 29 July, and the stock opened at 12.5 cents before dropping to around 8 cents. That sharp decline occurred after the public announcement, not before.

There were no abnormal volume spikes or price surges prior to the news that would indicate the market was reacting to leaked information. The gradual decline reflects investor caution, not foreknowledge. The final drop aligns with the timing of the public news, which is consistent with a transparent market reaction.

In short, the trading history does not support the idea of insider dealing. The price movement reflects market sentiment and risk management, not any improper activity.

Were you monitoring the L2 data yesterday, and many days previous?

If you were you I believe you wouldn't hold that view.

When I mention that the PPS is likely (not 100% sure) being manipulated down, its based purely on what I witness in real time.

It it possible that I'm wrong.....absolutely, but I don't believe I am.

If there was a bad news leak, trade volume by selling would be 20x or more what occurred yesterday.  There's no leak. Only thing I see is a few deciding to derisk holding or flippers taking a few final small profits.  Buy/sell volume been pretty even over the past several day.  My own opinion, but I don't think Vivos did themselves any favors by going silent right after the India trip.  So without any addition updates of any kind, majority seem just waiting on the sidelines for news of approval or denial.  Hence, no buying pressure currently so any small sells drop the share price down, as we've seen. Several in my group have been doing some more accumulation bid sitting with an occasional ask slap.
So no leak. I'm 100% sure of that.  Everyone is waiting for the big news drop.

I would agree they did themselves no favours, and the lack of professionalism in some of what they did post was buffoonish. I’m still holding what I have, but their panicked response to an impending TCR told me a lot and eroded a lot of trust

I have seen several successful medical technology stocks including OTC and non OTC with multiple FDA trial phases where stock dip because of shareholder fears like yourself sold. Just like the these stocks, RDGL is no exception. We do not know until we officially hear from FDA .We don’t need nervous shareholders to come on a public forum prior FDA approval to cause more fear and cause PPS dip.
Owning stock in general is a Risk and awards thing. We all know isopet has proven a successful technology. Human trials are going to be sussessful. RDGL will be successful. That is how many of us know or feel .
All im asking is to keep nervousness or fear to oneself unless one has a motive to strike fear in others to cause stock price to come down so one can load up cheap shares
