Thanks Pink; I do understand the fundamentals or basics. The strange part is I can go to a casino and gamble, I can go to a race track and make bets, gamble online now all of which you don't use a level 2. so is it fair to say I or anybody else should be able to buy or sell penny stocks they like even though they Don't have a level 2 Yet.?
