Trading days. And today is day 10.

Technically Nasdaq should issue a notice of delisting tomorrow. Which, of course, the company can appeal.

What has happened in the past if the share price gets back above $1 prior to the hearing, the hearing is cancelled and MULN went on it’s merry way.

I expect the same will happen this time. Nasdaq really doesn’t seem to care.
